1. DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
Minimum driver age is 21 years. If driver is between 21 and 24 years old driver must pay a young driver surcharge of €10,00 / day. If driver is over 70 years of age, and hold a valid driving license, driver must pay a senior driver surcharge of €5,00 / day.
Driving license: 3 years according to the drivers age and driving license issue date. Driver license must be in English or Latin alphabet characters.
Additional Driver: with the consent of the renter, the vehicle may be driven by other persons.
2. VEHICLES.
Reservations are only accepted by car class and not by car model. Specific car models are subject to availability at the time of rental. The client is responsible for paying for parking and any fines incurred during the operation of the car. In case of loss of the car key, the client is obligated to pay for its cost.
3. DEPOSIT
Booking Deposit:
If you have made a rental car booking via phone or on our website, the name and credit card details provided must be in your name as the renter (driver). Please ensure that you provide a valid credit or debit card and driver`s license in your name at time of collecting the vehicle.
Holding Deposit:
At the time of collection of your rental vehicle, we will require a Holding Deposit to process your rental. A pre-authorization will be made on your debit or credit card with the funds being held by your financial institution. Upon safe and acceptable return of the vehicle and your compliance of these Terms and Conditions, Car Hire Company will cancel the pre-authorization within 2 business days. Please note the release of these funds is the responsibility of your financial institution and times can vary up to 14 business days.
4. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY.
No refund for cancellations of rentals with less than 24 hours.
We accept cash, crypto, bank transfers and all credit cards and debit cards from internationally recognized credit card companies. All credit cards and debit cards must be in the name of the driver and have to be presented at the beginning of the rental period.
Accepted cards: American Express, Diners Club, Euro Card, Master Card, Visa.

5. PRE-PAY CONDITIONS
100% pre-pay:
Customers may cancel a 100% prepaid booking and receive a full refund provided Car Hire Company is advised 3 days prior to pickup date. For cancellations of rentals with less than 3 days notice, a refund of 50% of the voucher value will be made.
10% Pre-Pay: No refunds.
6. INSURANCE.
Description for all types of insurances available in Car Hire Company.
Insurance packages C.P.P. (Complete Protection Package), S.C.D.W. (Super Collision Damage Waiver), and C.D.W. (Collision Damage Waiver) are not available for drivers over 60 years old.
Insurance or C.D.W. does not cover Fire and Theft, Tyres, Windscreen and Oil Sump. C.D.W. does not cover loss or damage to the vehicle and its parts or accessories caused by theft, attempted theft or vandalism. All insurances exclude damages caused by driving or any loose surface roads. Any damages thus caused will be customer responsibility.
7. DELIVERY.
Free in Larnaca Airport (within working hours / 8 AM – 10 PM), within Larnaca City limits and available outside City limits. Outside working hours, within Larnaca Area extra €20,00 charge apply for Delivery.
8. EXTENSION FOR RENTALS.
If you wish to extend your rental beyond the agreed date of termination, then the express consent of the renter should be obtained. It is important that the company’s branch is informed immediately so that insurance coverage is extended. When extending the rental period, the client must inform the company representative no later than 24 hours before the end of the term.
9. FUEL POLICY.
The car is provided with a full tank of fuel and should be returned with a full tank as well.
